A PARADE BAYONET FOR THE GERMAN RLB ORGANISATION SIGNED ANTON WINGEN Jr., SOLINGEN,
circa 1938, with plated single-edged 8in. blade, blind fuller to both sides, makers mark at forte, small polished steel guard with turned back single tear-drop quillion, stag horn grips, the right with applied bronze 'RLB' star-shaped device, the stylised eagle-head pommel with mitre for bayonet lug and push-button release, complete with its iron scabbard repainted black (frog button absent)
